Jackie was the final product after rounds of tasting and twisting with our friends from Dopa Dopa Creamery following their opening in 2018. The idea was to have an espresso blend that showed flavour complexity in black and white coffees to accompany their handcrafted gelato. Jackie has a special place in our heart as it symbolizes our friendship, in a delicious way.
An espresso blend made up of Colombian and Brazilian origins. Almost a citrus infused black tea in espresso. Find nuts in black with honey water texture on the undertone. A malty white with ending touch of almonds (some say pistachio), reminds us a subtle coconut milk and that is complete comfort.
