Thirteen years ago, we started with a simple belief — coffee could be better. Not louder. Not trendier. Just better.

From farmer's markets to a growing community of drinkers, competitors, collaborators, and friends, these years have been built on curiosity, conviction, and the courage to evolve. Every year has shaped us. Every cup has taught us something.

This Anniversary Blend is our way of marking that journey — not with noise, but with intention.

A Study in Elegance and Contrast

For our 13th year, we present a blend of two origins, two processes, two distinct voices:

50% Costa Rica — Olman Ureña, Caturra, Natural Process

50% Peru — Juan Herrera, Geisha, Fully Washed

This year carries particular meaning. Across our anniversary releases, we are featuring two Peruvian Geishas — one as a standalone filter offering, and this one woven carefully into an espresso-focused blend. It reflects both our respect for origin and our belief in what coffee can become.

The Costa Rica brings lush fruit depth and natural sweetness — a rounded, expressive base shaped by careful natural processing. The Peru Geisha introduces clarity, structure, and aromatic lift: refined florals, elegant acidity, and the unmistakable silkiness the variety is known for.

Why This Blend
