Wilder’s Coffee is renowned for its diverse range of specialty coffees, including the highly sought-after Geisha and Pacamara varieties. The farm's unique microclimate, combined with meticulous attention to detail, results in beans with exceptional flavor profiles.
This coffee was dried on raised beds for 15 to 20 days, depending on the weather, or until the ideal moisture content is achieved.
We love the zesty yuzu note that hits you on the first sip, followed by yellow florals, and an interesting tarragon herb finish. This one's delicate and refreshing, a really nice one to have on rotation!
